Step by step
Send us an overview of your patents – or just your company name. Using our proprietary software tools, we identify companies active in your technical fields, analyze competitors' products, map claims against products and detect third-party applications that depend on your portfolio. The result: possible infringements and potential licensing partners. If nothing is found, there are no costs.
Where an infringement has been found or is already known, we analyze infringement, validity and damages potential technically and economically – as a basis for law firms and funders: technical comparison with the actual product, validity search, formal risks, damages estimate. If you are interested in licensing, we identify suitable partners – often beyond the obvious competitors.
Enforcement path: we build the case as an investment case and arrange litigation funding – through an SPV under our management, if desired. Licensing path: we approach partners and support the negotiation through to signing. Either way: new revenue streams with minimized risk.
If it comes to proceedings, we can – if you wish – assemble the right team of patent attorneys and litigators for your case – in Germany, Europe or internationally – and coordinate the entire process. You stay focused on your core business.
The promise
